Mountain Bell 1C2 from Colorado dated 10/80. Interesting that the phone is marked 1D, either the internal parts were changed because they needed a coin first payphone or at some point the phone needed repair and only 1C parts were available. The upper locks is a 29A54 and the vault lock is a type 30B.
